This is a big creature late -- albeit one that doesn't really give you 6 mana's worth of value -- and you can throw it away early for a land, which is necessary sometimes

if your spell gets countered, you wont draw the card, but the upside is that enchantments are harder to remove

Thatd be a clunky playable as is, but Scour also pulls an artifact out of your graveyard, so its a tutor that also nets you another card
